Getting Started
How quickly can we get started?

Faster than you'd expect. Once we've had a quick conversation about your volume and delivery area, most shops are live within 24 hours. No lengthy onboarding, no tech setup on your end, we handle everything and you're ready to go.

What does my customer experience look like from day one?

From the very first delivery, your customers get a live tracking link via SMS, real-time updates, and a direct line to their driver. It feels premium, the kind of experience that gets people talking and coming back. You don't have to build any of it. It's already there.

Do I need to change how I take orders?

No. You keep your existing process for taking orders from customers. When you're ready to dispatch, you log into your dashboard, place the delivery, and we take it from there. It fits around how your shop already works.

What makes this different from a regular courier?

General couriers treat every package the same. We only deliver wine, and we've been doing it for 25 years. Our drivers know how to handle bottles, how to communicate with customers, and how to represent your shop well at the door. That last part matters more than people realize.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Manhattan and Brooklyn. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just email us and we'll confirm right away.

What happens if nobody is home?

Our drivers will attempt to reach the recipient directly via SMS before and during delivery. If no one is available, the driver can leave with a doorman, a neighbor, or arrange a redelivery, all communicated in real time through our messaging system.

Is there a minimum order size?

No minimum order size. Whether you're sending one bottle or a full case, we handle it with the same care and attention.

How do you handle wine specifically?

Wine is all we do. Our drivers are trained to handle bottles correctly: temperature controlled transit, careful loading, and an understanding of what's in the box. We've been doing this for 25 years. It shows.

How does live tracking work?

Once a delivery is dispatched, your customer receives an SMS with a live tracking link, just like Uber. They can watch the driver move in real time on a map and message them directly if they have any special requests.

What notifications does the customer receive?

Customers receive SMS updates at every key stage: order confirmed, driver dispatched, and delivered. Every message includes a live tracking link so they're never left guessing.

Can I track orders from my end as a shop?

Yes. Your dashboard gives you a live view of every active delivery, full order history, and the ability to place new orders, all in one place. No phone calls, no back and forth.

Subscription Plans
How do the subscription plans work?

Each plan gives you a set number of delivery tickets per month. Distribute them however works best: busy weekend, use more; slower week, hold back. Tickets reset monthly and don't roll over, but don't be surprised if you find an extra one or two on us every now and then.

Can I upgrade or change my plan?

Yes, anytime. If your volume changes season to season, which it often does in the wine business, just get in touch and we'll adjust your plan accordingly. No long term lock in.

Can I get a custom plan?
